Chef Shailini has been a life-long instructor. While she started her career as a lecturer at Boston University followed by Northeastern University, she now follows her passion for cooking. Indian Dishes You’ll Get To Learn | Menu

Brace yourselves to learn the Indian dishes that you can dahl-y over. These Indian cuisines are rooted in India’s age-old culinary traditions but still make their way into modern kitchens and lifestyles. Here is the 4-meal course you’ll learn to make, over the duration of 3 hours –

Kachumbar

With onions, tomatoes, radishes, and lemon.

Aloo Gobi Matar

With potatoes, cauliflower, peas, onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and spices.

Chicken Tikka Masala

With onions, tomatoes, cream, yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices.

Raita

With yogurt, cucumber, and spices.

Dhania Chutney

With tomatoes, garlic, lemon, mustard oil, coconut, and spices.

Saffron Pulao

With onions, milk, basmati rice, and nuts.

Kheer

With milk, rice, sugar, coconut, milk, cream, raisins, nuts, and cardamom.

Making Indian Dishes In USA | Ticket Price & Capacity

This cooking class will have not more than 12 enthusiasts who could either be beginners or amateurs at cooking Indian food. To let the fragrant aromas of spices and the warmth of home wrap you, make sure you follow the COVID-19 protocols. The host allows people to carry wine and beer so they can enjoy the class. The ticket price for this cooking class is $105 pp.
